Lesson Plan On Blogging
To be a successful blogger, you need to begin by setting up a lesson plan on blogging. In the online world, things can get pretty confusing and fast paced. So, with a little preparation, you can help to eliminate much of this. This initial planning, which will include a lesson plan on blogging, will help you to be more successful in your online efforts.
Pick your blogging platform. You need to decide if you are going to host your own blog or if you are going to use one of the free services. Personally, I host all of my blogs. It gives me more flexibility in the customizing and optimizing of the blog.
Choose your niche topic. Pick something you already know something about. This will ensure you can always come up with something to write on the topic.
Figure out who your audience is. Do a few searches online and see what other people in your field are talking about. What sort of questions do they have about products, ideas, etc. and use their questions to then write answers.
Write good quality content. Content is still king, so make it good. There are number of other people out there right now trying to make a living online, so the competition is fierce. You need to stand out. You need to be a funny and likeable character.
Social Bookmark a few places. Do not over do this. It just comes off as spam and upsets everyone. But, there are some very good places you can bookmark your sites at. I could list them all here, but it depends on your topic. Certain topics have their own social networks, so you would be better suited to do a little research and find something in your area.
And that is the initial lesson plan on blogging. Once this initial part is established, all you need to do now is blog 2-3 times each week. This ensures you always have good content on your blogs and will keep your readers happy.
