It's old news already. . . Google bought YouTube for 1.6 million dollars. They invested that much because they knew the value of video on the web, and wanted to be in the absolute center of it.

Blogs are also an excellent way to give your customers instant access to information. They can help you build trust because once your potential customer sees how much knowledge you have and just how willing you are to help your customers, they are much more likely to buy from you.
Additionally, video helps your customer put a face to the person trying to sell them a product or service. And that definitely helps to build trust.
